We’re still maintaining our past OHC websites, so you can access all attendee data, including CE credit reports, at any time. Below are the links to access your CE reports for each year:

Please use your credentials from the respective years to access your accounts. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply press the “Forgot Password?” button on the login page to reset it via email.
