    Teamwork
  • Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care
  • Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united
  • Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships
  • Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail
  • Attends and actively participates in team meetings
  • Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
  • Maintains composure under pressure during times of change

    Experience: Accepting new graduates, however experience is an asset

  • Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
  • Serve as health promoters enabling people to increase control over their oral health
  • Conduct dental radiographs for dental hygiene diagnosis
  • Identify potential oral health opportunities and provide appropriate clinical feedback for dentist
  • Gathers and reviews patient charts at each patient visit, updating any necessary information
