FULL TIME DENTIST / ASSOCIATE WANTED, Clarenville, Newfoundland:

Busy, well established, modern dental clinic seeking highly motivated full time Associate Dentist to replace current Associate in July- August 2019. Our dental team consists of two full time hygienists and a fully qualified clinical support staff who are highly proficient in the successful day to day operation of a dental clinic. Interested individuals should possess confidence in multiple dental procedures especially root canals & surgical extractions and be committed to contributing to the ongoing oral health of the broad patient base of the practice.   • Motivate and educate patients to achieve optimal oral health

    Patient Relationships
  • Welcomes patients politely and by name
  • Establishes life-long patient relationships, ensuring retention and loyalty
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills
  • Advocating receipt of new patients to the practice through referrals and marketing initiatives
  • Place patient care calls to those who have had intensive and/or difficult treatment.

    Teamwork
  • Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care
  • Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united
  • Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships
  • Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail
  • Attends and actively participates in team meetings
  • Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
  • Maintains composure under pressure during times of change

    Experience: Accepting new graduates, however experience is an asset
